1. Ordering after store hours:
Our store hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you wish to place an online order for pickup before noon, please order before 3 p.m. the day before. While we will do our best to accommodate all orders, we cannot guarantee availability for early pickups after store hours.

2. Whole cake orders:
For whole cake orders, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for production after ordering.

3. Pick-up time:
We are committed to using the freshest ingredients, including fruits and flowers. To ensure the best quality for your order, we produce it with your pick-up time in mind. We kindly request that you keep to your scheduled pick-up time whenever possible.

If you require an urgent order, please check stock availability with the store and place your order accordingly.
